This product handles children's data.
That is the reason this page is written plainly rather than in the usual language. Below is what is actually collected and what happens to it.
This is a plain-language summary of how the product works, not the final legal document. The full policy is being prepared with legal counsel and will be published before the platform opens.
What is collected
About the student: name, date of birth, birth registration number, gender, photograph, and the documents an institution asks for. About the guardian: name, email address verified through Google, and mobile number. About the application: the class applied for, any quota claimed, previous institution and result where the class calls for them, and the record of the fee.
Why
To place the application in front of the institution, to allocate the seat under the published method, and to tell the guardian the result. Nothing is collected for advertising, and nothing is sold.
Who can see it
The institution applied to, and only that institution. Applying to eleven schools does not show any of them the other ten. Evorti staff reach an institution's data only to answer a support request, and every such access is written to the audit log.
How long it is kept
Applicant data is kept for the period set out in the institution's agreement. The audit log — who changed what, and when — is kept for the life of the institution's account, so that a decision remains answerable years later.
Correcting or removing it
A guardian can correct their details from their dashboard, and can ask for a child's record to be removed. Where the institution is the controller of that data, the request goes through them; we will tell you which applies.
