Terms
What each side is responsible for.
Evorti sits between a family and an institution. It is worth being exact about which of them decides what.
This is a plain-language summary, not the final agreement. The binding terms are being prepared with legal counsel and will be published before the platform opens.
The institution decides admissions
Fields, classes, quotas, seat counts, fees, deadlines and merit weights are all set by the institution. Evorti does not decide who is eligible or who is admitted. What it guarantees is that the published rule is applied exactly.
Allocation is final once run
A completed draw or ranking cannot be re-run, edited or discarded by anyone, including Evorti. If an institution needs a different outcome it must change the rule before the next circular opens, not the result after it.
The fee
The application fee is set by the institution and settles to the institution. An application is only complete once the fee clears; until then it stays a draft and does not reach the institution.
Accuracy
The details entered must match the documents attached. An institution may reject an application whose details do not match, and that is its decision to make.
Availability
Admission season is concentrated into a few weeks, and the platform is built for that peak. Where something does go wrong during a circular, the audit log is the record of what happened.
Bring your next admission season online.
We set up your form, your classes, your seat counts and your QR poster before the circular goes out. Onboarding takes an afternoon, and your admission committee keeps working the way it already does.
Guardians never pay to use Evorti beyond your own application fee.
