The flow
From a code on the wall
to a confirmed seat.
The whole process, in the order a family actually experiences it — and what the institution sees at each point.
For guardians
Six steps, most of them under a minute.
- 1
Scan the code at the gate
Every institution has one code, printed on its notice board, its circular and its Facebook post. Scanning it opens that institution's admission form directly. There is no landing page in between and no account to make first.
- 2
Fill the form
The institution decides its own fields, its own classes and its own quotas. Signing in with Google sits inside the form as an ordinary field — it verifies the guardian's email and fills their details, and it never becomes a wall in front of the form.

Pay the application fee
bKash, Nagad or card, taken as soon as the form is submitted. Until the payment clears, the application stays a draft and does not appear on the institution's list — so nobody is chasing half-finished entries later.

If a payment fails the application stays a draft. Nothing half-finished reaches the institution.

Receive the confirmation
A PDF designed in the institution's own colours reaches the guardian's inbox and is stored on their dashboard. It carries the application number they will be asked for at the gate.
- 5
Wait for one notification
When the deadline passes, the seats are allocated and the result is pushed to the guardian's phone and inbox at the same moment — the same information, at the same time, for every applicant.

Choose one institution
Every result lands on one dashboard. The guardian confirms a single institution and sends it a visit date. The seats they were holding elsewhere are released automatically to the next name on each waitlist, within the window the institution has set.
At the same time, inside the institution
Nothing waits for someone to be at a desk.
- Applications arrive as they are paid for
- The list fills in real time. No import, no spreadsheet, no end-of-day reconciliation.
- The committee works in bulk
- Filter by class, select a few hundred rows, set Approve, Reject or Pending in one action, and take the whole set as branded PDFs.
- Allocation runs itself
- At the deadline, Classes 1 to 4 are drawn by lottery and Class 5 upward is ranked on the formula published before applications opened. Nobody has to be at a desk for it.
- Released seats refill themselves
- When a guardian confirms elsewhere, the seat returns to the waitlist and the next candidate is notified — without anyone re-running anything.
What disappears
Five things nobody has to do any more.
Admission season is difficult because of the queue, the photocopies and the phone calls — not because filling a form is hard.
- Create an account before seeing the form
- Photocopy a birth certificate for each institution
- Stand in a queue to submit or to collect a result
- Call the office to ask whether the result is out
- Enter the same child's details eleven times
Questions
Asked most often.
What if a guardian does not use Google?
An email magic link is offered as a fallback. A one-time link arrives in the inbox and signs them in — no password to remember and no SMS code to wait for.
Can a guardian apply for more than one child?
Yes. Children are profiles under the guardian's account, and each child's applications are grouped separately on the dashboard.
What happens if the guardian does not choose within the window?
The institution sets the window — 72 hours by default. If it passes without a confirmation, the seat is released to the waitlist automatically, and the guardian is told before that happens.
Does the institution keep control of its own form?
Completely. Fields, classes, quotas, seat counts, fees and deadlines are all set in the institution's own panel. Evorti does not decide who is eligible — only that the published rule is followed exactly.
What does the guardian pay Evorti?
Nothing. Guardians pay only the application fee the institution has set, and that fee goes to the institution.
Bring your next admission season online.
We set up your form, your classes, your seat counts and your QR poster before the circular goes out. Onboarding takes an afternoon, and your admission committee keeps working the way it already does.
Guardians never pay to use Evorti beyond your own application fee.
