For institutions
Run the whole admission season from one panel.
Evorti is built for mid-to-high range private schools and madrasahs — the institutions that run their own admissions, set their own fees, and carry the reputational cost when a decision is questioned.
The season as it stands
Three weeks that cost more than they should.
- The queue at the gate
- Three weeks of guardians standing outside the office, and staff processing forms by hand instead of preparing for the entrance test.
- Cash and paper
- Fees collected across a counter, receipts written by hand, and a reconciliation nobody wants to do in December.
- The accusation
- Whatever the committee decides, someone will say a seat was arranged. Without a record, there is no way to answer them.
What you get
Everything the season needs, in one place.
- Your form, your fields
- Build the admission form your institution already uses — its fields, its classes, its quotas — and change it between circulars without asking us.
- One QR code that never expires
- Printed once on your notice board and your circular. It always resolves to whichever circular is currently open, so nothing has to be reprinted.
- The applications panel
- Applications appear as they are paid for. Filter by class, select a few hundred, and set Approve, Reject or Pending in one action.
- Branded PDFs in bulk
- Confirmation forms carry your institution's design, and the whole class downloads as one archive for the committee meeting.
- Allocation you cannot be blamed for
- The draw and the merit rank run on their own, under a formula you published in advance. Your staff genuinely cannot alter the order, and that is the point.
- Results delivered for you
- Every applicant is told at the same moment, by push notification and email. The office phone stops ringing.
Onboarding
An afternoon, not a term.
Your admission committee keeps working the way it already does. What changes is where the forms arrive and who does the counting.
- 1
Send us your last circular
Classes, seat counts, fees, deadlines and the fields you already collect. A photograph of the printed circular is enough to start.
- 2
We build your form and your panel
Your fields, your quotas, your PDF design in your own colours. You review it before anything goes live.
- 3
You publish the merit weights
For Class 5 upward, you decide what the test, the previous result and the interview are worth. Once the circular opens they are fixed.
- 4
Print the QR and open
The code goes on the notice board and into your circular. Applications start arriving on your panel the same day.
Commercials
Priced against your season, not a seat count.
Institutions differ enormously — a primary school admitting one hundred and fifty and a school and college admitting two thousand do not belong on the same plan. Terms are agreed with you directly, before anything goes live.
- The application fee stays yours
- You set it, and it settles to your institution's account.
- No per-seat licence
- Your seat counts are an admission decision, not a billing one.
- Agreed before you open
- Nothing is charged, and nothing goes live, until the terms are signed.
Arrange a walkthrough
Bring your last circular. We will show you the season on it.
The most useful walkthrough is not a slide deck. Send us the circular you published last year and we will set up your form, your classes and your seat counts, then walk your admission committee through their own admission season inside the panel.
- Takes about forty minutes
- Your own classes, fees and fields — not a demo account
- Nothing is published until you approve it
Get in touch
Write to us with your institution's name and the classes you admit. We reply the same working day.

Do we lose control of admissions?
No — you gain the parts you never had. You set the fields, classes, quotas, seat counts, fees, deadlines and merit weights. What you cannot do is reorder a result after the fact, and neither can we. That limit is what makes the result defensible when a guardian questions it.
What about guardians who are not comfortable with a phone?
The form works on any phone with a browser and takes a few minutes. Institutions usually keep one desk with a tablet during the first week so office staff can help a family through it, and that still removes the queue.
Can we run more than one branch?
Yes. Branches are separate under one institution account, with their own circulars, seat counts and QR codes.
Who receives the application fee?
The fee is yours. Settlement to the institution's account, and Evorti's commercial terms, are agreed with you before you go live.
What happens to the data after the season?
Applicant data belongs to your institution. Retention and deletion are set out in the agreement, and the audit log is kept for as long as your account exists so that old decisions remain answerable.
